Heal wounded parts · Awaken new dimensions of Self · Integrate with care

A Sacred Invitation

You are warmly invited to join a transformational plant-medicine retreat guided by Nic Burnand and Payam — two experienced facilitators known for their integrity, presence and deep respect for the healing process.

From 18:00 on 21 January 2026 until 13:00 on 25 January 2026, we will gather at The Tinusboom, a tranquil retreat center in Almkerk, the Netherlands, to journey inward — to meet, heal and integrate the wounded parts of ourselves, and to awaken into expanded dimensions of being.

This retreat weaves together:

  • Plant medicines — psilocybin truffles, hapÉ and 5-MeO-DMT

  • Inner-parts work & trauma-informed facilitation

  • Group and individual preparation calls

  • Guided integration sessions and optional follow-up therapy

  • Embodiment practices and community connection

What You’ll Experience

A four-day journey in a safe, trauma-aware container designed for transformation, integration, and awakening.

  • Group Preparation Call (January early 2026): connect with facilitators, learn about set & setting, meet fellow participants.

  • 2x Individual Screening & Preparation Call: discuss your intentions, health, and readiness in confidence with Nic or Payam.

  • On-site Retreat (21 – 25 Jan): deep work with plant medicine, inner-parts exploration, embodiment, sharing circles, silence, nature.

  • Group Integration Call (post-retreat): reconnect and anchor insights into daily life.

  • Optional 1-on-1 Integration Sessions: available with Nic (additional cost).

“Healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you truly are.” — Payam

Plant Medicines & Approach

Each plant medicine brings its own intelligence and way of working:

  • Psilocybin truffles — insight, connection, softening of ego structures, reconnection with soul.

  • HapÉ — grounding and clearing, preparation for deeper work.

  • 5-MeO-DMT (low → medium dose) — dissolution into unity, opening into Source.

All sessions are held in a safe, trauma-informed, medically screened environment with low participant-to-facilitator ratios. Every medicine experience is supported by preparation, presence and integration.

“The work is not in chasing light, but in turning with love toward the parts of ourselves we abandoned.” — Nic Burnand

The Setting — A Space Held for Healing

Tinusboom Retreat Centre in Almkerk, Netherlands, offers a serene and nurturing environment for deep inner work — surrounded by meadows, trees, and the gentle flow of the river Alm.

Just an hour from Amsterdam and 40 minutes from Rotterdam, Tinusboom combines rustic charm with quiet comfort. The converted barn, sun-filled ceremony room, and peaceful garden corners create an atmosphere of warmth and rest.

Comfortable Shared Rooms

Participants stay in comfortable shared rooms, each with its own shower and washbasin. Communal meals are shared in the cosy dining area, and there’s ample space for solitude, reflection, and integration.

Nourishing Meals

Fresh meals prepared with care, accommodating vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Meals are designed to support the retreat’s healing processes.

The Core Elements

Two Nights of Ceremony

We’ll work with legal sacred plant medicines and/or safe synthetic analogues, in carefully held ceremonial space. These journeys are not escapes — they are homecomings.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Parts Work

Through gentle guidance, you’ll meet the parts of yourself that carry fear, grief, or protection — without pressure or force. Every part of you is welcome here.

Preparation & Integration

Transformation unfolds over time. We offer support before, during, and after the retreat — individually and in group — to help you weave your experiences into daily life.

Breathwork & Movement

The body remembers what the mind forgets. Breath and movement help open the channels through which wisdom and emotion can flow and release.

Sharing Circles

You will be witnessed in your truth and invited to witness others. Healing happens in connection.

What We’re Creating Together

A small group — just 6 to 8 of us — will gather in the cosy, quiet retreat space nestled in the Dutch countryside.

Over 4 nights and 5 days, we will step into a field of deep presence and inner work, supported by sacred plant medicines (legal and safely held), Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathwork, movement, and circle.

This retreat is an invitation to:

  • Step into the unknown — and be held.
  • Shine light into what’s been hidden.
  • Let go of old strategies of control, hiding, and isolation.
  • Listen to the quiet voice within that’s always been guiding you home.

This is the work of courage. And community.
